Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ cup sour cream
½ cup 7-Up or Sprite (not diet)
¼ cup melted butter (for pan)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pour ¼ cup melted butter into your baking dish or skillet. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in sour cream until mixture becomes crumbly.
Slowly pour in 7-Up and gently stir until dough forms. Do not overmix.
Lightly flour your surface and turn dough out. Pat to about 1 inch thick. Cut into biscuits using a biscuit cutter or glass.
Place biscuits into buttered baking dish. Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush tops with melted butter and serve warm.
