2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1/4 cup ranch dressing
4 large flour tortillas
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter (for skillet)
Instructions
Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar, Monterey Jack, chopped bacon, ranch, salt, and pepper.
Heat skillet: Melt butter over medium heat.
Assemble quesadilla: Place 1 tortilla in the skillet and spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture on one side. Fold tortilla over.
Cook: Brown each side 2–3 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Serve: Slice and serve warm with extra ranch for dipping.
