
Crazy Good Chicken Bacon Casserole

3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
12 oz pasta (rigatoni, penne, or shells)
1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Cook the pasta until just al dente (don’t overcook). Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together:
cream of chicken soup
sour cream
chicken broth
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
black pepper
Add in the chicken, ½ the bacon, ½ the cheese, and the cooked pasta. Stir gently to coat.
Pour into your prepared casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly browned.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
