  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Butter for topping

  • Fresh berries

  • Maple syrup

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

  3. Combine gently — don’t overmix.

  4. Heat skillet to medium, add butter.

  5. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.

  6. Flip when bubbles form.
