Step 1 — Cook the Noodles
Boil the noodles until al dente.
Drain and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat:

  • Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning

In a large bowl, whisk together:

  • cream soup

  • sour cream

  • beef broth

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Stir until smooth.

Step 4 — Combine Everything
Add to the bowl:

  • cooked beef mixture

  • cooked noodles

Fold gently until fully coated.

Step 5 — Assemble the Casserole
Spread mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 dish.
Top with:

  • remaining cheddar

  • mozzarella

Optional: sprinkle with parsley or paprika.

Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, until:

  • cheese is melted

  • edges are bubbling

  • top is lightly golden
