  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste
