🛒 Ingredients

Crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberry Layer

  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries, diced

  • 2–3 tbsp sugar (to taste)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

🍰 Instructions

  1. Make the crust:
    Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of cups or jars.

  2. Prepare strawberries:
    Toss strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit 10 minutes to release juices.

  3. Make cheesecake filling:
    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
    In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.

  4. Assemble:
    Layer crust → cheesecake filling → strawberries. Repeat if desired.

  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
